ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Effective Date: August 30, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the rules governing use of Marketra's website, marketplace, SaaS services, software, APIs, AI-enabled tools, digital products, and related technology services.

This Policy forms part of the Marketra Terms of Service.

By using Marketra, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

2. GENERAL RULE

You may use Marketra only for lawful purposes and in accordance with:

Applicable laws;

Marketra Terms of Service;

Privacy Policy;

Refund Policy;

AML/CFT Policy;

Applicable product licenses;

This Acceptable Use Policy.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account.

3. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

You must not use Marketra to:

Commit or facilitate criminal activity;

Promote unlawful goods or services;

Facilitate fraud;

Violate sanctions;

Launder money;

Finance terrorism;

Facilitate tax fraud or evasion;

Conceal the proceeds of crime;

Circumvent applicable legal restrictions.

4. FRAUD AND DECEPTION

Users must not:

Create fake identities;

Impersonate others;

Submit fraudulent documents;

Misrepresent products;

Manipulate orders;

Conduct fake transactions;

Use stolen payment information;

Abuse refund systems;

Submit intentionally false chargebacks;

Artificially manipulate ratings or reviews.

5. MALWARE AND CYBERSECURITY ABUSE

Users must not upload, distribute, sell, or provide:

Malware;

Ransomware;

Spyware;

Credential-stealing tools;

Remote access malware;

Botnets;

Malicious scripts;

Destructive software;

Software primarily intended to compromise systems without authorization.

Legitimate security research, defensive tools, educational materials, and authorized penetration-testing products may be permitted where clearly designed and marketed for lawful use.

6. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS

Users must not use Marketra products or services to:

Access systems without authorization;

Bypass authentication;

Steal credentials;

Exploit vulnerabilities without permission;

Intercept private communications unlawfully;

Circumvent security controls;

Compromise third-party accounts.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Users must not:

Upload stolen source code;

Sell pirated software;

Distribute cracked software;

Resell proprietary products without authorization;

Infringe copyright;

Infringe trademarks;

Violate software licenses;

Claim ownership of third-party content.

Sellers must have all necessary rights to distribute products listed on Marketra.

8. COUNTERFEIT OR DECEPTIVE PRODUCTS

Products must not:

Falsely claim to be an official product;

Misrepresent affiliation with another company;

Imitate third-party brands in a misleading manner;

Contain counterfeit licensing or activation mechanisms;

Use deceptive product descriptions.

9. PAYMENT ABUSE

Users must not use Marketra to:

Process unrelated third-party payments;

Conduct unauthorized money transmission;

Launder funds through purchases;

Perform artificial transactions;

Circumvent payment processor restrictions;

Use stolen cards or bank accounts;

Manipulate payment descriptors;

Conduct transactions without a legitimate commercial purpose.

10. SANCTIONS AND RESTRICTED PARTIES

Users may not use Marketra where doing so would cause Marketra or its service providers to violate applicable sanctions or trade restrictions.

Marketra may restrict access based on:

User location;

Counterparty location;

Sanctions status;

Payment provider requirements;

Applicable law.

11. HARMFUL CONTENT

Users must not publish content that:

Promotes violence or credible threats;

Encourages illegal activity;

Harasses or threatens individuals;

Exploits minors;

Contains non-consensual intimate material;

Violates applicable law.

12. CHILD EXPLOITATION

Marketra maintains zero tolerance for content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

Such content is strictly prohibited and may be reported to competent authorities where required.

13. PRIVACY VIOLATIONS

Users must not:

Sell unlawfully obtained personal data;

Publish sensitive personal information without authorization;

Engage in identity theft;

Use Marketra to conduct unlawful surveillance;

Collect personal data in violation of applicable law.

14. SPAM AND ABUSIVE AUTOMATION

Users must not use Marketra to:

Send unsolicited bulk communications;

Conduct abusive scraping;

Operate unauthorized bots;

Create excessive automated requests;

Perform denial-of-service attacks;

Circumvent usage limits.

Authorized API access must comply with applicable API terms and technical limits.

15. SaaS AND AI SERVICES

Where Marketra provides SaaS or AI-enabled functionality, Users must not intentionally use such Services to:

Generate unlawful content;

Facilitate fraud;

Create phishing content;

Automate malicious cyber activity;

Violate third-party intellectual property rights;

Circumvent access controls;

Produce or distribute content prohibited by applicable law.

Marketra may introduce additional product-specific rules.

16. SELLER OBLIGATIONS

Sellers must:

Accurately describe products;

Disclose relevant technical requirements;

Provide lawful products;

Respect intellectual property rights;

Provide reasonable support where promised;

Avoid deceptive claims;

Comply with refund and marketplace requirements.

Marketra may remove products that violate these requirements.

17. PRODUCT REVIEWS AND RATINGS

Users must not:

Purchase fake reviews;

Exchange compensation for undisclosed reviews;

Post reviews for products they have not legitimately used where Marketra requires verified experience;

Threaten Sellers for discounts or refunds in exchange for review changes;

Manipulate ratings.

18. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Users must take reasonable measures to protect their Marketra accounts.

Users must not knowingly:

Share credentials with unauthorized persons;

Sell accounts;

Transfer restricted accounts;

Attempt to bypass account suspension;

Use compromised credentials.

19. PLATFORM INTEGRITY

Users must not interfere with:

Marketra infrastructure;

Platform functionality;

Security mechanisms;

Rate limits;

Access controls;

Payment systems;

Marketplace ranking systems.

20. INVESTIGATION AND ENFORCEMENT

Marketra may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

Marketra may take actions including:

Requesting information;

Removing content;

Delisting products;

Restricting transactions;

Suspending accounts;

Terminating accounts;

Cancelling access to Services;

Reporting unlawful activity where legally required.

21. PAYMENT AND COMPLIANCE REVIEWS

Where suspicious payment or compliance activity is detected, Marketra may:

Delay transactions;

Request identification;

Request business documentation;

Request source of funds information;

Restrict payouts;

Cooperate with payment providers;

Terminate the business relationship where appropriate.

22. NO CIRCUMVENTION

Users must not attempt to evade Marketra restrictions by:

Creating replacement accounts;

Using another person's identity;

Changing payment instruments;

Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent legally required restrictions;

Routing transactions through third parties;

Manipulating account information.

23. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may be reported to:

Please include sufficient information to allow Marketra to investigate the matter.

24. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Marketra may update this Acceptable Use Policy as necessary to reflect:

Changes in law;

New products;

New risks;

Payment provider requirements;

Platform developments.

The updated version will be published on the Marketra website.
